Welcome to Supervaize, the hybrid workforce orchestration platform designed to enable seamless collaboration between human and AI agents. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between your organization ("Client") and Supervaize ("Provider"). If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.

Supervaize offers tools and services to help organizations manage and orchestrate hybrid workforces of human ("Carbon Agents") and AI ("Silicon Agents"). Our core services include:
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Track the performance and execution of AI agents with actionable insights.
  • Management Tools: Intuitive interfaces for controlling AI workflows and operations.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure traceability and alignment of AI agent decision-making with organizational policies.
  • Training: Facilitate continuous improvement of AI agents through feedback and retraining.
  • Security: Enterprise-grade protection for sensitive data and operations.
  • Hybrid Workforce Collaboration: Orchestrate efficient collaboration between human and AI agents within a unified platform.
  • AI Agent Discovery: Explore and integrate new AI agents from internal or external sources.

Clients using Supervaize services agree to the following:
  • Provide accurate and complete information during account setup.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of Supervaize services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
  • Not misuse the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to external systems.
  • Regularly update organizational workflows to align with the best practices for hybrid workforce management.

Supervaize operates on a subscription-based model with the following tiers:
  • Developer Tier: Free access for up to three users and AI agents for initial exploration.
  • Team Tier: Paid access for mid-sized teams, offering extended features and agent management.
  • Enterprise Tier: Advanced solutions for larger organizations, including compliance and audit features.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Supervaize is committed to protecting your organization's data. By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with industry standards for data encryption and access security.

Supervaize shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data, or operational efficiency. The total liability of Supervaize shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

Supervaize reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and any outstanding payments must be settled.
